Need a Registered Agent in GA - How do I do this?
HI guys,
I live in Virginia but I own two properties in Augusta, Ga. One of them is in my Virginia LLC and I am refinancing it. To get to closing I need to provide a Certificate of Authority for Foreign LLCs. So I found the application for it but I need a registered agent in GA. How do I get this? I am my own registered agent in my LLC but I need someone with a Georgia address. Is there a way to get this without paying a yearly fee? Any wisdom and help would be wonderful.

Unless you have a GA attorney who will agree to be the agent you are going to need to pay for an agent like CT Services
