Short-Term Rentals in North GA Mountians

Hey!

I’m a short-term rental investor with a partner looking to buy short-term rentals in North Georgia Mountains near Blue Ridge, but open to anywhere up there (probably not Gatlinburg). We’ve been looking in a couple Florida markets but aren’t getting the volume we need to find one to close on quickly. We’re preapproved for loans but have not bought one yet. If you know a RE agent in the are with experience with Short-term rentals, we’d love to connected! We'd also love advice from anyone with experience in the area!
