Aloha - I'll be on Oahu next Tuesday-Thursday afternoon to monitor my current Hawaii flips and check out an upcoming deal in Kaneohe. If any investors, wholesalers or bird dogs have any deals for me to check out, please let me know ASAP so I can squeeze it into my schedule. I'm staying in Waikiki but will travel anywhere on island if the numbers make sense.
Pack your shorts and tank tops it's been humid here recently. I just closed on a deal in Aiea and currently working on a refi. After that I'm going to tie up a property on the westside. You don't like the westside so much it looks like...why not? I think the best bang for the buck is on the Leeward side, but you like the east side it seems.
I love anywhere the numbers work. I'm about to put my Ewa townhouse on the market and am rehabbing an Ewa Beach house right now. I'm also taking GC bids for a house I bought in Kunia. I'll go anywhere it makes sense.
