Hello, I'm trying to get a sense of the best up and coming areas in Chicago over the next 10-15 years. Does anyone have any neighborhoods that they are currently investing in that they expect to be the next "wicker park"? I've been looking a bit in the Pilsen area, but would like to know what others are thinking and how one goes about analyzing a neighborhood in order to project future growth. Thanks, Matt
