Wholesaling an owner financing deal (Land Contract agreement)

Hi BP community i need a little help on what exact contracts i can use to wholesale a Land contract agreement for sale deal. Im sure the typical one page wholesaling contract will not work with the added terms of the land contract deal. I need a contract that will allow me to include all of the terms of the deal but also has all the essential exit clauses of a typical wholesale deal. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1 Letter of intent to buy on land contract (with intention to assign)

2 agreement for deed

3 servicer agreement

4 sale and purchase agreement for the future terms and conditions

5 seller disclosure
