1st Time Driving for Dollars

Today I went out driving for dollars for the 1st time in my life... I spent a total of 2.5 hours driving around my neighborhood (Bucktown). After all the time spent driving I literally only came across 3 distressed properties. One of which was a FSBO, and another that was a complete tear down once I looked it up. It felt pretty liberating to actually take action. With that said, I definitely have to hit other markets. Bucktown is no place for a newb like myself lol
