Wholesaling In Illinois

I wanted to get some clarity on the legality of wholesaling in Illinois. Does obtaining a real estate agent license enough to legally wholesale, or do I need to obtain a brokers license? I plan on getting licensed and want to make sure I am going for the correct one.

Well, if it is truly FULL disclosure I guess I could live with it.  However, how many of these guys are going to say they have no intention of personally closing and are not putting $0.01 in the deal and at the time of M/A have no clue who the real buyer is and the seller won't know at time of close either?

I'll leave out the fact that the only reason they are writing is because the offer is well-below FMV.
