Some colleagues and I are interested in the Indianapolis market and would like to connect with investment-savvy brokers/agents/wholesalers and property managers who are interested and experienced in working with out-of-state investors.  Can anyone provide recommendations? 

Thanks, Jeb.  I'm looking for 3-bedroom SFHs, preferably post-1945, that cost $50,000+ and cash flow at or above 15%.  Because I'm remote, turnkey properties might be easiest, but I'm also interested in working with managers and contractors to do minor rehab for the right properties.
