Hello BP Folks! Can anyone recommend a good eviction attorney in Indianapolis? I have a tenant who has several lease violations (some related to late payments, others not related to money), and I want to consult with an legal expert to see if it would feasible to move forward with eviction. I also would want an attorney to represent me if I do move forward. Any replies would be appreciated! Thanks

@Tricia O'Brien Hocker & Associates should be able to help you out.

@Ric Ernst Have you used one of the attorneys there to represent you? Was it Janet Hocker or Kathleen Crebo or someone else? Thanks

Jynelle Berkshire represents me. Love working with her.

@Tricia O'Brien I have used Hocker for title and contract work, not evictions. However, I have no doubt they can handle an eviction for you. I would simply call their office and ask them to connect you with the appropriate attorney or paralegal for your situation. If you have a PM, that should be their role to handle on your behalf. Or are you self managing from Alaska?

@Tricia O'Brien I use Landman and Beatty for all my evictions.
