From 2010 to 2019 the population in Bloomington Indiana increased by 6.8%, but from 2019 to 2020 the population in Bloomington decreased by 5.8%. Many people blame the decrease in population in Bloomington because the Census counted the population after students were told not to return to class due to COVID. Prior to the pandemic Bloomington's population was expected to continue to increase. I will not be investing in student housing. This should not scare me in investing in multi family housing in Bloomington right?
