Hey what's up BP Family, so I've been doing lots of reading on here and watching tons of videos all over the internet, I'm trying to get better at networking. I'm looking for wholesalers or real estate investor in Iowa close to the Des Moines area that I can help out with anything and maybe Talk about the local market . I'll be attending the local REIA meeting on the 11th of April it'll be my first and wouldn't mind if someone can show me the ropes. Looking forward to doing more networking in 2019 and meeting new people. Thanks BP!!!

Thanks for the shout out Michael.  I would encourage everyone, from the folks thinking about getting into the business to the hardened veterans, to check out the monthly meetup at Ingersoll along with the IAREIA meetings.  There's something for everyone at these events.

There is a ton of knowledge and education being transferred through the basic networking the community around these groups.  I know for certain that people are forging relationships and growing their business with the connections they're making here.
