Anyone have a referral for an amazing CPA/Bookkeeper who is Real Estate focused? 

  1. The CPA must have a real estate practice or be focused on real estate.
  2. The CPA must utilize cloud technology.
  3. The CPA’s fees must be reasonable and feasible per the assumed value to be provided.
