Running Comps with Portfolio Sales around?

I've been trying to run comps on a property that I would like to fix and flip and all the sold listings nearby seem to be a part of a portfolio sale. For example, I have a regular 3bd 2ba in my area that should be no more than 300k and it's listed as sold for over 1.4M - when I pull the tax records it was purchased by an LLC. Is there a work around to run accurate comps with all portfolio sales around?
