Quickclaim Deed Process
I'm trying to remove a name from the deed in PA.
The person is not on the mortgage.
It seems like a simple process in my case.
Can I just the quitclaim deed form from legaltamplate or eforms.com to submit to the county office?
I don't need a lawyer for this, do I?
What is the best way?
