What's the best way to get rid of vehicles?

Is craigslist still the best way to sell old vehicles? 

I plan to get rid of three vehicles, all work trucks/van used for real estate operations and building a solar farm: a 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 (gas), 1996 Dodge RAM 3500 (gas), 2003 Chevy Express 1500 Van (gas) w/ bins.
