Investment Splits in Divorce
Hello, I hope everyone is having a great day. Im looking to partner with someone who is married, and I had a general question about it. If you are in a partnership with someone on an investment, and they get a divorce from their spouse, is that spouse entitled to any of your half of the investment on that property? Or are they entitled to just the partners half?
