Invested in ArgiTech and Company been investigated by SEC now

Hi All,

In 2021, I invested money in techArgi company called (GPCapital) by buying their Pod (container to grow cannabis). They leased the pod and will do buy back after 5 year and they promise to give 20% in rent every year. However, after 1 year they are been investigated by SEC and we have not received any payment since pst 1 year.  We are not getting any reply from the company itself and providing std hand waving answer "we are working with SEC and will get back to you after it is resolved."

I was looking in this forum what can I do to get my initial investment back. I probably don't trust these ppl any more to do the right thing since they are not responsive over phone, email etc.

Thanks
