Nice Day everyone, so I’ve been learning house hacking & Have A Great Question , 

Are You Able To Take On Market Rental Properties That Are Listed As Rentals not listed as being bought As-Is ,Under Agent Or Owners & House Hack Those In the same Way ? 

So basically would I be able to live in one side and rent the other side in a duplex .
