Remote Deposit without Scanner or Phone?

I am looking for a solution in which we can deposit checks from pictures of the checks. Instead of using the check scanner and scanning the physical checks individually. 

We have a small team of employees (some of which work remotely). We want our remote accountant to take over the check deposit. The mobile bank app has been tested and does not save us any time. Ideally, we want a solution where someone at our physical office can scan the checks to their computer and send them to our accountant then he could deposit them with this "software"

We cannot be the only ones with this dilemma. I am curious what options are out there. Google has not been any help.
