New Build Question

Shan Gi
Posted

Hi,

We have contracted for a new construction home with a builder. We haven't closed on the home but the home had couple of engineering problems that the builder has identified during the construction phase and have advised that they are going to provide disclosures for the same. The problems have since been rectified. The question that we have is assuming we are going to close on the home and at some point in the future if we plan to sell does these disclosures have any impact on the home or the price of the home. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks.
