Is @James Wise the friendliest person on BP, or is he just trying to set a record? Every time I log on to my dashboard, I see "James Wise is now colleagues w/......."

I have gone out on a few scopes with James. He knows the Cleveland market very well.

Besides, us Clevelanders are pretty friendly people (if your not from Pittsburgh)!
