I am new to real estate investing. I attended a free real estate event put on by Jeff Adams' company. I did put down some money to attend his 3 day event. The second day of that event it was suggested that we should work with a mentor for $40,000. There were lower packages as well. I did not do any of those and have been wanting to get into the business but not knowing how to start. I got a call the other day from a guy at Jeff Adams' office who wanted to help me get started. I asked him if it was going to cost me anything. He said no. I told him I would have to call him back. I called him back today and he told me the cheapest program he has available is about $3,000. Does anybody here have any experience with the Jeff Adams' program?
