All this protest stuff seems like it would be a great deal for investors. People burning their own houses - they could not live in them anymore so theyd have to sell. people not working cause they are out protesting the whole time - they couldnt afford theyre mortgage payments so they will have to sell. damage to the houses a lot of people selling. people not wanting to live in the town anymore so theyre leaving and selling

So are you saying you would want to buy there? No one in their right mind would want to buy there.  Those protestors would be your eventual tenant!!!
