I been thinking about what i want to do with my life and right now i'm getting tired of my current job, so i was thinking about joining the Navy.

Below is the goods about each subject.

Note: Keep in mind my ultimate goal is to contribute to Real Estate, so i can reach my Some Day Goal of finance freedom that supports a life of traveling the world and more time for learning. Also keep in mind i still haven't done my first deal.

Navy Vs Staying

Navy

  • Get to see the world
  • save on house living (Letting me save more money for real estate)
  • VA loan
  • pay schooling
  • better chances for pay raise
  • can find myself a lot better.
  • meet new/different people across the world
  • acquire new skills
  • learn different markets

Staying

  • Better chance for networking in the same area for Real Estate
  • more time for study (reading Biggerpocket, blogs, and books)
  • Can buy into PCC stocks at my current job
  • maintain my 4 years of history with my current job.
  • Can obtain my first property in a area that I lived my whole life.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated or any information with navy life a real estate investor would also be much appreciated :)
