Can you sell your LLC
Hi I'm new to real estate. I have a question about LLC. I went into a partnership and we both have the LLC together. We bought a house and the project is not going good at all. Its been nearly a year now and I want to know if I can sell my part of the LLC to my partner or another party and have them assume responsibility for my share. I'm located in Wisconsin
