Graffiti Vandals
Some POS just spray painted on my freshly painted 4-plex in Riverside.
If I were in charges of things...
(1) The vandal would get his index fingers chopped off.
(2) The vandal's family would get the cleaning bill
(3) The vandal's residence would get vandalized
Like John Travolta in Pulp Fiction: "I'd have given anything just to catch him doing it. I'd be worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it."
I can't believe these morons don't or can't appreciate that I'm trying to IMPROVE their neighborhood...
