Looking for an "out of the box" insurance provider

Hello BP,

I have a client that invested in a model home that a builder will be renting back from them.  They need to carry basic hazard insurance while the builder carries the liability.  Surprise, their policy just got cancelled after owning the property for 2 months.  Can anyone make recommendations for an insurance company who works outside the box?
