General Contractors that are just Sales / Marketing Companies?
I saw a business for sale that was advertised as a sales/marketing and general contractor company. The description said they did many types of jobs and sub contracted the actual work. How common is this? Is it possible to be a general contractor just using sales & marketing skills?
