Invest out side of the US

Good afternoon BP group hope everyone is well ,i have a question does anybody invest out side the US more specifically in France our any other country’s. if yes please leave a comment on were and the difficulty’s that you ad in the beginning and any advice you give for people how are thinking in invest outside (US).

And does bigger pockets have any hard money lenders that have interest in invest outside the US.
