What other business(s) do you participate in?
It seems that many real estate investors got into real estate as it naturally coplimented a business that they already had such as construction. Then there are others who entered real estate while involved in businesses that don't have much of a connection to real estate such as IT.
If you are in business besides real estate, what kind of business is it? How did it lead you to real estate? Or, how did real estate lead to getting involved in some other type of business?
