need some feedback about retail

Hello guys.

Since, this is off topic I want to get some opinions from you. I hope I wont get banned.

I am a designer and I am looking for some feedback, opininons and etc.  I made a logo for a retail and I want to understant couple of things.

1) What can you say about this logo? Is it good, bad?
