I’m 21 in navy. Just hit my 1 year mark. And I have about $30,000 in the bank not doing anything. What to start doing something with it. Need help. New to the game.

With BAH that is correct, with OHA out here in Guam it is use or loose. You do not get to keep any extra like you do in the states.
