Hello to y'all Missouri Folks
Just putting the feelers out in advance. I have the best boss in the world. I told him I want to divide my time and be able to do some projects in missouri during the summer boating season. I miss missouri and am determined to live there part of the year still even though there is more money in california right now. He is happy just to have me out there making him money so as long as I find sound projects it is on! Next year I may try to get a couple projects in other places I have been wanting to visit. Figuring work all week during the day on job sites and party and vacation and visit my plethora of family members at night and on weekends. If any of you guys see anything that you are passing on, because capital requirement too high please if you don't mind forward that kind of stuff to me. Hoping to build or REHAUL (I don't rehab, we rehaul elec, plumbing structural etc etc) one or two houses near Springfield, MO. Also on the lookout for any multiunits in dire need of serious repairs or unit changes. Or a large project you have been eyeing but need a partner for. I am however responsible for all costing and development etc etc so I can't just jump on anything I have to put time and effort into the research and development. I will be out at the end of April (lol that is when my missouri tags expire so gotta get out there to re register) I do have a residence in missouri.
