Rural Town Lot - suggestions on what to do with it?
We own a lot in a rural town... in a rural county. We have a (landlocked) lot that sits very close to the main highway running through the town. This lot occasionally floods and is in a flood zone so don’t want to build on it. Selling it isn’t an option. (Long story). Ideas on what we can do with this lot to generate any income????
