Building a Cash Buyers List...
Hello all! I have finally decided to take the leap and fully commit to real estate investing, particularly wholesaling. After driving for dollars for countless hours, I have started thinking of ways to refine my strategy. Each deal that I have produced, I have had to agree to split with a friend, who has a very large cash buyers list. I don't mind helping my friend out because he has helped me tremendously.
