Maine Lenders -- 80% LTV Cash out Refinance??

Hi all! I am in the middle of my first BRRRR deal....a small 1,500 sq/ft duplex in Southern Maine. I was wondering if anyone knows a local lender that is doing 80% LTV refinances on residential multi-families. I know lending requirements have gotten stricter with COVID but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
