Is there anyone from Maryland out there?
Is anyone left talking about Maryland? Winter predictions? Are we going to have more investment opportunities specifically in the Montgomery County, Frederick, and Howard County areas? Will Moco County council realize that rent control is killing private development of multifamily homes, and we are actually getting redlined by investors?
