Cost of roof tear off and reshingle

All,

I have a 15-square roof, and the best quote I got for tear off, reshingle and removal of debris is $6,900.00 plus $65.00 per one 4x8 OSB board replaced. This gives the cost of $450 per square!

Is this normal for MD? Searching this forum I got the idea that $200 would be reasonable price.

Also, gutters are extra and cost... TA-DA... $2,500.00

@Sebastian Taylor i can't speak to specifics but I have a roofer I trust who is reasonable. I got him from another investor on here. Pm me for contact info
