DMV - Looking to connect with Local Investors/Agents

Good day all,

I will be in Maryland,Virginia, DC  area April 11-14 and am looking to connect with local investors, investor friendly Real Estate agents.    Also anyone know of any meetups that may be happening over the weekend?   I am interested in exploring options for virtual wholesaling in DMV area and will need  local boots on the ground to partner with.
