MD Attorney For a Subject To deal?

Anyone know of a good attorney in Southern MD that will do subject to existing mortgage deals?  I have a possible deal right now but don't know of anyone comfortable with them.  Preferably down in St Mary's County but I'll take what I can get!  Thanks in advance!
