West Baltimore flips
Hello, For all my veteran investors how do you know when a shift is happening within a neighborhood. My knowledge of west baltimore tells me houses shouldn't be selling for 300k plus a few blocks from Mondawmin but they are. While flips of the magnitude I've seen in the Ashburton and Forest Park neighborhoods are far to daunting for me some of you may be interested.
