Searching for an investor friendly realtor in the Watertown area

Hi all,

Lately I have found myself sifting through Zillow/realtor.com/craigslist/etc for properties and realtors. I have been sending countless emails and making numerous calls a day in hopes of connecting with investor friendly realtors. Although most people that I communicate with seem very friendly and knowledgable about real estate in general, I seem to be largely unsuccessful when it comes to connecting with a realtor that has some serious experience with investors. 

I was hoping to attend the black diamond REI meeting tonight in Waltham, but unfortunately I just got home from work. My goal is to get in touch with someone familiar with the Watertown/Waltham (and surrounding) area. I can't believe I didn't think of coming to BP sooner!

With all that being said, does anyone have an investor friendly realtor they are willing to put me in contact with?
