Resource for checking out prospective tenants!

If you're a buy & hold investor in Massachusetts, this website will help you to check to see if a prospective tenant has and judgements.

Enter the challenge image (bot checker), then choose "housing court"  and the district.  Enter the tenant's name and see if there are any judgements or ongoing cases against them.
