I've heard that a salesperson can sign on with brokers who charge per transaction fees for sales and listings rather than office and other fees. True? If so, anyone know one of these folks?
Tons of '100 %' companies out there that just charge $800 or so per deal. Or even 90% companies with smaller transaction fees.
But you get what you pay for of course. If you want to be a top agent, you'll need the training and support of a large company like Coldwell Banker. If you are doing it part-time, better to use a small company so you get more of the deal.
I just want to be PT for now. I guess you're saying that I need to just call around?
Hi Adam, As someone in the process of getting a salesperson license, I have the same question you did 3 years ago. Any advice...?!
