Finding a local real estate lawyer and CPA or not?

Hey everyone, I'm new to investing and currently have my eye on a few options around the Springfield area. I was wondering if someone could recommend a CPA and real estate lawyer to start my business in the Springfield area. I have not obtained an LLC yet but plan to do before buying. Also curious if anyone uses a CPA or lawyer to conduct their business. Thanks

CPA's are licensed by individual states, but can typically work across state lines. If you find a local one that specializes in real estate-that's great. Otherwise, check into some of the providers on the BP forums who work with real estate investors all over.
