Self service pet wash stations
Hey everyone,
I'm new(er) to biggerpockets but have had some interest in putting up a few pet wash stations around my area for quite a while. I have determined where I would want to place them but really don't know where to go from there. I have found a company that makes the completed models but the hard part for me is determining what my annual costs would be. I know it's not technically real estate but I figured the business model would be applied about the same as a car wash.
