Hi All,

I am looking at purchasing a home in Independence, MO which will need some work done.  My Agent has a working relationship with Steve at SRB construction.  Has anyone here know and or worked with him before?  Does anybody have a contractor that they have worked with before and could recommend?

Thanks for replying!  I don't have a full inspection done yet so I am not 100% sure on the scope of work but definitely interior paint, carpets, blinds, and one of the floors in one of the rooms has a slant to it so that has the potential be either an easier fix or to turn into something more involved.
