Flat Fee MLS Listings
Have any of you used a Flat Fee MLS LIsting Service in the Bozeman or Gallatin County area? I'm interested in using this strategy rather than hiring a seller agent; but, I'm having a hard time finding a flat fee broker that can list on the Gallatin County MLS. Searching on line would make you think there are a lot of them out there; but, after talking with many of them, I have yet to find one that does business in the Bozeman area.
