Great tenant with dog seeking unit in Nashua NH or Milford NH

I have an excellent tenant with a Labrador retriever looking for an apartment, Milford NH or Nashua NH area. I have sold his building, and the buyer wants to move into his unit, otherwise he wouldn't be looking. He has rented from me for 4 years and always pays on time, low maintenance guy, a landlord's dream. He currently pays $1200 plus pays his own utilities.
