Syndicators in NH Area

Good morning BP,

I am interested in liquidating my properties and buying multifamily real estate. With economy of scale as a factor, more units is better and I would be trying to maximize that scale. I was wondering if there are any syndicators or large multifamily apartment investors in the NH area that I could reach out to and talk about this topic. It seems like there isn't much inventory for multifamily in NH, especially in the 8-20 unit range.
